Infant Profiles: Baby’s name (or nickname), date of birth, and gender. Tracking Data: Times, duration, and frequency of breastfeeding sessions. Professional Data (Consultants): Professional credentials, bio, and profile photo. Communication Data: Records of chats between Mothers and Consultants .

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to: Personalize Tracking: Calculate feeding patterns and milestones for your baby. Facilitate Support: Enable private messaging between you and certified consultants. Community Engagement: Allow participation in peer support groups. Improve Content: Analyze which breastfeeding myths are most viewed to improve our educational resources.

3. Data Sharing and Visibility

Consultant Chats: Messages sent to a Consultant are private between you and that professional. However, app administrators may access these for safety or technical support. Support Groups: Any information you post in a Mother Support Group is visible to other members of that group. Please exercise caution when sharing sensitive personal details. No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal or health data to third-party advertisers.

4. Special Note on Health & Infant Data

As a breastfeeding tracker, we process "Sensitive Personal Data." By using the app and entering feeding information, you provide explicit consent for us to store and process this information for your benefit. Children’s Privacy: We only collect infant data provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transit and at rest. Retention: We keep your data as long as your account is active. Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated baby data at any time through the [Settings] menu. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
